Brazilian striker and Christian, Neymar is going to be most expensive footballer in the world this week.
The 25 year old will be moving from Barcelona to PSG. The Parisian club agreed to match his buyout clause where he’ll get nearly £27m a year in wages after tax.
His transfer fee is double the amount paid in the previously highest of £89m Manchester United paid for Paul Pogba last year.
Neymar is said to have scored 100 goals over the last four years becoming one of the world’s most wanted athletes.
Neymar is known to speak openly about his Christian faith throughout his career.
“Life only makes sense when our highest ideal is to serve Christ,” he once said in an interview.
