Bill Winston Announced As Speaker For WAFBEC 2014

American Word of Faith Preacher, Bill Winston will be in Lagos at the end of January 2014 to minister at the 2nd edition of the West African Faith Believers Convention.

A tweet by the WAFBEC convener, Pastor Poju Oyemade on Wednesday morning revealed the information.

Dr Bill Winston is the founder and pastor of Living Word Christian Center, a multi-cultural, non-denominational church with more than 20,000 members located in Forest Park, Illinois. The church has a broad range of ministries and related entities, according to his ministry’s website.

Dr. Winston is also the founder of the Joseph Business School (JBS) and The Joseph Center® for Business Development for entrepreneurs and business leaders. JBS is located in Forest Park, Illinois with eleven other partnership locations across the U.S. and internationally.”

Dr Winston also worked for IBM as a Marketing Executive and served for six years as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force, where his extraordinary achievement in aerial flight earned him The Distinguished Flying Cross, The Air Medal for performance in combat, and the Squadron Top Gun Award.

It won’t be the first time though that Dr Winston will be visiting Nigeria. In 2012 the Word of Faith preacher was the lead speaker/headline minister at the Church of God Mission Convention in Benin which had the theme: ‘Greater Works’.

The American preacher who was born in Alabama enjoys a close relationship with Bishop David Oyedepo, of the Living Faith Church.

Other Preachers for WAFBEC 2014 have not been unveiled yet.
