A brand new life-changing radio programme comes to Africa’s #1 Internet Gospel Radio Station in a few weeks. The 30 minute weekly show branded Faithful Cities which will air every Saturday at 11:00(GMT+1) will feature testimonies from ordinary people doing ordinary things, yet making a difference for the kingdom of God.
“Faithful Cities” is a program designed to demonstrate [the fact] that God has called every believer to be a blessing to the world. The key message [of the programme] is ‘God uses ordinary people who are willing to do more’. While the emphasis is on Christians identifying their calling, we also present a platform for promoting and celebrating acts of faithfulness done by everyday Christians that we can identify with. Faithfulness, meaning to totally accept and do the Master’s will.” A statement from CEOGospel, the programmes’ organizers reads.
Every individual with a vision and a purpose can be seen as a ‘city’ and everyone who has identified and embraced their God-given vision and purpose is a ‘city’ won by the Most High God, hence the programme name: Faithful Cities.
The programme is also set to help people discover their calling and life-purpose to which they have been called by God, through tips given during the programme and prayers said during and after the programme. Faithful Cities has also been described by its organizers as a ‘platform for unlimited discoveries’.
The vision for programme is an on-going one as Faithful Cities continues to press towards the mark, and raise the army of God for these end-times.
Faithful Cities would join the likes of Iconic Moments with Pastor Wole Olusola (7am GMT + 1, Mondays to Fridays) and the weekly show THR3E (Mondays, 4:30pm GMT+1) produced by In His Steps Magazine in collaboration with Gospel Music Naija, as a third-party programme airing on PRAISEWORLD RADIO.
