Evi, a hipop, R&B, and Afro artiste with deep passion for music, started as a member of the kiddies choir. Her parents are from Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State Nigeria. She is a graduate of Linguistics from Delta State University Abraka, Nigeria and also a member of The Believers LoveWorld Nation aka Christ Embassy.
She launched her music career with her first single, “Notin do me”. She has ministered in church programmes and the best of Lagos Concert. Her music influences are Kirk Franklin, Da Truth, Don Moen, Sinach, Frank Edwards and Ada.
