BIOGRAPHY
Olufisayo Odebode, known as Fisayo Check, is a Recording Artiste, Song Writer, Social Entrepreneur, Worship Leader & Trainer. Fisayo launched her debut album, “Made in Grace” during the Makeover Worship concert which she cohosted in May 2019. The Made in Grace album earned her multiple nominations in MEGAwards 2020. She won the MEGAwards Vocalist of the Year 2020.
Fisayo isn’t only passionate about music, but also training, empowerment and business development. As an undergraduate at the Obafemi Awolowo University, she founded the Check Teens’ Summit, a Teenage Empowerment Program designed to promote self reliance through leadership and skill acquisition programmes; and also provide guidance to teenagers within local communities in Nigeria.
The award winning singer is a Worship Leader at Daystar Christian Centre and has just released a brand new single titled “Good for Me.” With the world going through one of it’s most disruptive seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Fisayo Check in this new song (Good for Me), is set to encourage her listeners to speak good into their lives as they begin a new year, knowing that God’s promises for them still stand sure!
