Ayo releases new single “Shalom” from the “Grace & Heartbeats” EP.
Why Shalom?
The Hebrew word for “Shalom” means “Peace” a word that refers to peacefulness, but it also means something deeper which means, WHOLENESS, SAFETY & COMPLETENESS.
In a time where we find a lot of people struggling with their mental health, wars and violence in nations, we respond by praying shalom.
So when we say shalom, we are saying may you be full of well being or may health and prosperity be upon you, we are also praying for wholeness, safety and completeness to you as an individual and also to the nations. It is a prayer of blessing for your coming and going out in any timeframe in any situation.
Lastly, Jesus himself said he came that we may have Shalom (John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives do i give to you”). Jesus is also called the Prince of Peace. which means for you to really have wholenesses , safety and completeness you need Jesus, may I suggest that you allow Jesus the Prince of Peace into the rhythm of your life and you shall be made whole, safe and complete.
