Born Ralph Chikeme Okoro on the 8th, March in Akwa-Ibom State. Ralph O’Joe, is a singer and actor, from Imo state, Nigeria. He moved to Lagos State in his formative years and was raised by his mother.

He attended Great Kings Academy and went on to earn a Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental at the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka. During his days in DELSU, he discovered his music side in a campus fellowships and eventually became the choir director. In the same year, he emerged the winner of a music reality show titled “Number One Singer”.

After his Diploma Education, Ralph O’Joe got signed to Digi Soundz Creative, a record label, where he recorded a ten track album. This project was not officially released for technical reasons. He then teamed up with friends Gamie and Okey Sokey to produce and record some featured songs such as “Hello Ma” and “Ori rere”. Subsequently, his first single was released in 2013, titled Bulie-Ya which enjoyed massive airplay on internet radio and a few other radio stations.

Later that year, he landed the lead role of Emeka in Kakadu the musical and shared the stage with veteran actors like Norbert Young, Tina Mba and Haji Bello. Other notable acts include Laila Akindoju and Benneth Ogbeiwi of MTN project fame. This experience informed his decision to further his studies in Theatre Arts at the acclaimed Lagos state University.

His acting credits includes, Heartbeat, the musical, a lufodo production, Chosen the musical, Jesus Christ Superstar, “Spirit of Lagos” directed by Dr Sola Fusodo and a web series known as Inspector K season 2. Ralph O’Joe was also shortlisted in the 1st edition of MNET’s “The Voice Nigeria”, held in South Africa.

He has also recorded a handful of radio jingles for notable brands such as Jumia, First bank PLC (First Money) Stanbic Ibtc (Appyness) Alomo bitters (Confido) Peak Milk (Igbo version) Pepsi, FCB Escola and a few others.
