Musing of Kenny K’ore (MOKK)
They say don’t focus on sin, focus on Christ and they’re right. Except that they failed to mention that nothing exposes our sin, and unworthiness more than when we see the King in the beauty of His Holiness. “Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.” – Isaiah 6:5. “So I was left alone, gazing at this great vision; I had no strength left, my face turned deathly pale and I was helpless.” -Daniel 10:8. “When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. But He placed His right hand on me and said, “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last.” – Revelation 1:17.
The further you drift away from Christ, the lesser you see the beauty of His Holiness,
the more comfortable you become in CARNALITY. “Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.” – John 3:6.
“And this (flesh, lust) desire becomes pregnant and gives birth to sin, but sin, when it has matured, gives birth to death.” – James 1:15.
We often like to rationalize away our sinfulness, but “This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.” -John 3:19.
The celebration of brazen materialism, money love, comedy, and carnality in our churches, is indicative of one thing; WE HAVE STOPPED FOCUSING ON CHRIST.
The more the great men of GOD, who lends their personalities to promote this aberration, the more the churches are indicted of the foretold REBELLION – 2 Thessalonians 2:3.
A lot of people would end up in Hell, not because GOD would say don’t enter Heaven, but because they won’t be able to stand before the glorious brilliance of GOD’s Holiness, due to their wanton carnality.
