American Gospel music mogul, Marvin Sapp, shared deep ideas about love. The ‘Never would have made it’ crooner, revealed that he had been doing some research on the statement; “I love you but I’m not in love with you

“For several months I have been researching the phrase “I love you but I’m not in love with you.”‘

He went on to reveal that according to research the statement; “I love you but I’m not in love with you” simply means let us just be friends. He explained further that it means that there is no feeling of romantic attraction.

“From articles and research this is the synopsis around the statement.

I love you but I’m not in love with you” from most published psychologist via the web they say It means the same thing as, “Let’s just be friends”

Just like that much reviled phrase, is not meant to be taken literally. It does not mean they actually love you. What it means is that they feels no more romantic attraction anymore.”

The Grammy award winner who recently released his ‘Close’ single went on to advise those who are currently in that situation to move on and get ready to meet someone else.

He revealed that if one tries to make that kind of relationship work, things will get worse because there is no romantic love attached to it.

“So put your focus back on yourself, keep moving forward in your life and be ready for another individual to catch your eye and, prayerfully your heart.

The more you chase after them, plead with them or otherwise try to make something work with them, the worse things will get.”

The family man concluded by advising that it is better for such a person to distance himself/herself.

He indicated that there is a “tiny chance” the other party may start to feel something due to the separation.

The pastor/musician added, that moving on prayerfully is key in this type of situation.

“But if you purposefully distance yourself from them now (not in a rude way, but in an I-have-other-things-to-be-doing, see-you-round kind of way) there is a chance they will start to feel differently about you.

A very tiny chance. Either way, by moving on no matter how painful. Prayerfully you will and remember you have already won.”
