ABOUT KRIS KLEF
Kris Klef is a songwriter, Singer and recording Gospel artiste with prowess in Neo-soul, Pop and RnB music. He is of Nigerian origin (Born Christian Edache Ogbeba) on the 12th of March.
Nicknamed Kris Klef because he grew up playing around musical instruments especially the guitar (clef /klef/ is another word for music notes), the name Kris Klef later in 2010 was registered as an international trademark in entertainment under the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
Kris Klef’s musical journey began in 1998 in a high school group, and though it was amateur, he enjoyed several stage opportunities especially Gospel concerts. It was during these growing years that he learnt to play rhythms with the acoustic guitar.
Kris Klef is currently resident in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja where he combines being a singer with working as a motion graphics/Non-linear editor. Kris Klef holds a B.Eng in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with majors in Communication Technology.
