Once every year, Africa’s brightest minds gather towards National Transformation in a 3-day conference branded “Excellence in Leadership Conference (ELC)” hosted by Rev Sam and Nike Adeyemi of Daystar Christian Centre. The 2014 edition has been themed “The Exceptional Leader (XL)”.

Africa has a reputation for producing some of the worst leaders in the world, and it’s in all spheres of life; it’s a cultural problem. The conference is scheduled to have a total number of ten speakers split into general and syndicate sessions inclusive of the hosts, Pastors Sam & Nike Adeyemi.
The syndicate sessions spread around various spheres of influence in the society also has an interesting speaker line-up which includes; Pat Utomi (Goverment), Praise Fowowe (Family), George Ashiru (Sports), Johm Momoh (Media), Sam Adeyemi (Religion), Meg Kelechi Nwobia (Education), Ibukun Awosika (Economy), Buchi Atuonwu (Entertainment), ‘Gbenga Sesan (Science and Technology).
The general sessions of the annual conference are scheduled to hold between 9am and 11:30am, while special syndicate sessions would hold between 12noon and 2pm at Daystar Christian Centre, Plot A3C, Ikosi Road, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. See details on the schedule HERE
