“I Remember The Chibok Girls In My Prayers For Nigeria Everyday” – Don Moen

Priscilla, Alberta, CANADA – It was indeed a lovely evening concert at the Expo Center in Edmonton powered by ‘The Power of Generosity’ on Saturday, May 17, 2014 featuring two Legends: Don Moen and Lenny LeBlanc. Currently on tour and sharing the stage together, both are known to share the same music history linked to Integrity Music

Don Moen is described as the grandfather of worship leaders! With a repertoire of songs that are priceless and refreshing. My father who knows nothing about music knows Don Moen! {Laughing}

This is to show the impact of his music on the older and younger generation. You never get tired or bored with Don Moen and his evergreen music.

Lenny LeBlanc was amazing and His music in one word is described as powerful. Having written several worship songs that are so deep and rich, one of my favorite song ‘Above All is a song widely known and respected.

Can’t get enough of his songs they both were simply phenomenal together Don quietly playing his Piano as usual while Lenny stood beside him with his Guitar, both singing and harmonizing each other songs.

My best part of the concert was when Don Moen remembered Nigeria in the middle of one of his songs urging us to pray for Nigeria and our girls to be brought back.

People from different tribes and countries – Canadians, Americans, Asians, Africans etc. all united with Don and Lenny to remember these Precious girls. That moment was so touching and encouraging.

Don Moen also shared his testimony of how God blessed them with five (5) children after twelve (12) years of expecting the fruit of the womb in their marriage and proudly announced his 41st wedding anniversary this Monday, 19th of May, 2014. Congratulations Don. God bless and preserve your marriage.

Lenny LeBlanc with his great personality excitedly told me of his upcoming tour in Nigeria in October 2014 with Wale Adenuga specifically in Lagos and Abuja. He will be visiting the City of David-RCCG in Lagos.
