This season was an entirely different one for me, I learnt so many new things as I allowed God to take me though a bit of what Easter truly means.
I learnt above all that the Work of Easter was a Finished Work, nothing left to be done than for God to continue to reap the good fruits of his finished work years ago.
Ever since the downfall of man, man continues to try so many means to reach God, because no one can survive this earth without reliance on a supreme being.
The problem is Who’s your supreme being? Is it God Almighty? If yes, through which means do you connect to Him? Religion/Christianism? Culture? Philosophy? Science? Or through the only true means, His Risen Son, Jesus Christ?
Man had his position under God before his downfall, and after that, he went way below his position, way below the ministering angels, way below the devil and his cohorts. Man was way down the ladder and needed redemption.
If only satan had known, he would not have crucified the King of Glory.. Because when God decided to come in the form of man to redeem man, devil thought if the worst would happen, man would find his way back to his former position. But no!
Christ died and rose again! He holds the key to life and death! He redeemed man back, above the devil, above the angels, above even the 24 elders, even farther above his former position under God.. Man found his way to the right hand of God the Father and therefore, we are gods, joint heirs with Christ!
Halleluyah!
Oh death, where is thy sting? Oh grave, where is thy victory?
If only we knew, we’d begin to act in this position of authority! We’d take our place in the committee of the sons of men!
Every “Christlike” being should take their place in their secular endeavours. Dont act like others, come out from amongst them and be ye separate! Be the change that we seek. It all begins with you!
