Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Rev. Sam Adeyemi has shown deep concerns for our state as a Nation. Speaking on the 2015 elections coming up February 14th, 2015; he took a stand to pray for the future of Nigeria.
“There are fundamental issues we have to deal with as a Nation. After the elections, what next?
We are quarelling over who will drive the vehicle, when we have not decided where we’re going.”
Highlighting Confusion, Extremism, Division and so on as deep issues confronting us as a Nation, he mentioned that our destiny goes way beyond the 2015 elections.
“If there’s an institution that God depends on, looking from Heaven, to take on these issues and have the capacity to resolve them, it’s the Church. But I’m afraid for the Church in Nigeria, that it will not be consumed by these issues.”
