Song Description (Bio)
Cypha decided to write a song on one of the fruit of the spirits “Joy” according to Galatians 5:22. Joy as a song was written and recorded in 2017 for a contest “Kings of Sound” which birthed the instrumental produced by one of Africa’s greatest Producer Masterkraft.
Joy preaches God’s goodness and greatness, in turn me rendering my heartfelt thanksgiving with a Joyful heart.
Artist Biography
Oki Richard Gbenga who goes by the stage name “Cypha” as inspired by high-school friends which is actually an acronym meaning “a Young Happy Christian with Amazing Potentials”. Hails from Akoko L.G.A Ondo state, Nigeria. Was born, raised and currently resides in Makurdi, Benue State.
Cypha is a Christian by faith, a Singer, Recording & Performing Artiste and a Songwriter who is currently an independent artiste with about 10 beautiful songs all to his credits in Afropop, Dancehall, Soul, Gospel, Afro Urban Highline and Beat Genres.
Music for him started officially in 2012 right after high school.
Aside Music Cypha is currently a student of Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi and also into I.C.T by trade.
